    After two decades of working closely with parents (especially mums) and children, I've seen firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain a healthy, active lifestyle while juggling the demands of full-time parenting. My mission is to support women's health by leveraging the power of nature to nourish and heal the body. I am dedicated to promoting an active lifestyle and fostering habits that sustain a healthy body and mind.

    I grew up in the Czech Republic in a cosy little spot tucked near the mountains, surrounded by nature where back then, the air was still genuinely fresh. Since I was a kid, I've been all about embracing an active lifestyle - from losing myself in lyrical dance and rhythmic gymnastics to hitting the trails on my bike and gliding across the ice rink.

     

    At home, healthy eating wasn't just a thing, it was THE thing. We were all about quality ingredients and making the most of our sprawling garden to grow our own herbs, fruits and veggies. You know, the whole farm-to-table deal, but in our backyard.

     

    Fast forward, 20 years living in London, 17 years since this 'health' journey begun. It all started with me trying to figure out what the heck was up with my own health, thanks to the hectic modern life we're all living. Plus, seeing five family members battling cancer? Yeah, that lit a fire under me, for sure.

     

    I've always had my doubts about the whole chemical treatment scene. Like, why just mask the symptoms when you can get to the root of the problem, right? So, I've been diving deep into psychosomatics, natural remedies, and all things alternative medicine. 'Cause, let's face it, there's gotta be a better way to live our best lives.
