My Journey
Hello! I'm Martina ...
founder of BLOSSOMTOLIFE, certified in fitness, nutrition and mentor with deep belief in holistic healing
"What started as my own path to recovery has grown into a mission to support women in feeling ernergised, empowerd, and at peace in their own skin."
I didn’t arrive in this world with perfect health. For the first eight years of my life, my skin told stories my heart couldn’t yet speak. Eczema covered my arms and legs — red and unexplainable. No cream or medicine could calm it. Only years later I realised my body wasn’t 'broken'. It was simply trying to speak.
As a little girl, I was often unwell — tonsillitis, ear infections, endless antibiotics. Back then, no one spoke about emotions, energy, or the way our inner world shapes the physical one. But deep down, ever since my teenage years, I felt there was something more.
In my early twenties, I moved to a big city abroad full of dreams, courage, and curiosity. That’s where another chapter began. My digestion stopped working properly, and once again, my body started whispering that something was off. I turned to nutrition, fitness, and holistic healing and what began as curiosity quickly became a calling.
From the outside, I looked healthy. In my effort to be truly healthy, I was cycling and training at the gym daily, eating “clean”, and counting every calorie on my plate. But that became my biggest trap as I now know, I was undereating. Inside, I was running on empty. My body was in survival mode, my hormones out of balance, and my energy fading. Two bike accidents within a single month became my wake-up call. Life was clearly asking me to slow down.
Within the same decade, several of my loved ones faced cancer. Watching them go through that experience made me see illness differently. I began studying psychosomatics, energy, and natural healing and slowly started connecting the dots between body, mind, and emotions.
Over the years, as my knowledge deepened, women began coming to me for advice about health, food, energy, and balance. They could feel that this wasn’t just something I studied — it’s something I live.
Through their stories and my own, I’ve seen how many women — especially mums — are trying to do it all, slowly losing connection with themselves along the way. And that’s why it’s so important to take care of yourself first, so you can truly care for others. That’s when the idea came, to create a space where I could share everything I’ve learned and guide women to reconnect with their wellbeing. What began as a small passion almost decade a go quietly grew into my life’s work — helping women feel vibrant, aligned, and free again.
Today, my mission is simple:
❖ To help women understand their bodies.
❖ To reconnect them with nature’s wisdom.
❖ To remind them that healing doesn’t need to be complicated — just honest and aligned.

The years of learning and unlearning have changed the way I see everything — health, balance, and life itself. It’s not something I’ve just studied. It’s something I’ve lived. And from that experience, a few timeless truths keep whispering back to me, the ones I now share with you, hoping they bring comfort and clarity to your own journey.
1. Healing Isn’t About Perfection
- Even when you know what’s good for you - you can slip.
- Even as a qualified wellness expert — life can knock you sideways.
- We’re human. We’re learning all our lives.
- Healing is not a straight line. It’s about recognising when you’re off-track and gently returning to yourself.
2. The Body Speaks Before It Breaks
Symptoms are not the enemy — they’re messages. When you listen early, healing becomes more natural and intuitive.
3. It’s Not Just About Food
Nutrition is important, but it’s only one piece. Your thoughts, pace, rest, nervous system, and emotions matter just as much — sometimes even more.
4. Healing Comes in Waves
Setbacks aren’t failures. They’re part of the rhythm. Growth often comes disguised as a pause or pivot.
5. One Size Doesn’t Fit All
Your body is unique. What works for someone else might not work for you — and that’s okay. Bioindividuality and intuition must lead the way.
6. You Can’t Pour From an Empty Cup
Overgiving and ignoring your needs only delays true wellness. Rest isn’t a luxury — it’s essential.
7. You Don’t Have to Choose One Path
It’s not about being 100% natural or fully conventional. True healing is about blending the wisdom of both worlds — wisely and intuitively.
8. Most Women Don’t Need Fixing
They need to feel seen, supported, and gently guided back to themselves — not judged, rushed, or overwhelmed.
9. Consistency over Intensity
It’s not the big leaps, but the small daily shifts that shape lasting transformation. You don’t need pressure — you need support.

...AND THAT'S EXACTLY WHAT 'BLOSSOMTOLIFE' IS ALL ABOUT
This space isn’t about perfect routines or strict rules. It’s about slowing down, listening in, and giving your body what it’s truly asking for. It’s about the kind of nourishment that touches every layer of you — body, mind, and soul. About finding rhythm again in the everyday.
If you feel inspired to take your own next step, there are two beautiful ways to begin:
❖ Glow-Up my personal collection of natural wellness favourites that I use daily to support gut health, skin, muscles and joints, as well as mood, energy, and overall balance. Each one has been chosen with care — because they’ve genuinely made a difference in how I feel and how I move through my day.❖ Aligned Lifestyle Plan a personal mentoring journey to help you live in tune with your rhythm and energy.
Because when a woman begins to heal, she blossoms and her light changes everything around her.
